We are husband and wife team Sam (film producer) and Tom (photographer, stylist and backdrop maker). We recently relocated to Yorkshire and after over a year of searching finally found our dream home!

We both independently work in production having used countless location houses over the years and we just knew that this house would work perfectly as both our family home and content studio for hire.

With our direct experience of using locations, we understand what helps shoots run smoothly, from little details such as having a dedicated kit room and having castors fitted on heavy furniture, to the essentials - ‘Space’ and ‘Light’ which this house is blessed with in abundance!

Huge south facing windows in the reception rooms and bedrooms with uninterrupted views, extensive outside space for summer dining, a central glass roofed orangery and contemporary bathrooms, there is no shortage of stunning backdrops for your next shoot.
